Thunder Capital is a Luxembourg based Securitization Vehicle that acquires and provides medium term senior and mezzanine finance for select real estate projects in the United Kingdom and European Union. We work with real estate owners and developers as well as financial institutions to provide entrepreneurial solutions across the capital stack.

For Investors, Thunder Capital provides the opportunity to invest in attractive risk adjusted debt opportunities, providing investors with exposure to value-add real estate projects on a deal-by-deal basis. Through the compartment structure of Thunder Capital, investors can cherry pick which transaction suits them depending on their appetite and risk profile while investing through a Luxembourg regulated entity. Thunder Capital is wholly owned by a Dutch Foundation to eliminate conflicts of interest and ensure that the interests of Investors are always fully and properly represented. Thunder Capital is regulated by Luxembourg securitization law.
