Michael Stanton is a Director of Thunder Capital. He has 35 years of investment management, finance and real estate experience.

Since 2006, Mr. Stanton has been involved in real estate private equity investments in both debt finance across the capital stack and equity investments. His investment experience covers several asset classes including office, hotel and retail in both yielding assets and development.

He was a founding member of EG Real Estate which was a fund manager of the EG Real Estate Fund which owned a controlling stake in CA Immo, one of the largest and most successful office landlords and developers in Europe, publicly listed on the Vienna Stock exchange.

Mr. Stanton was a director of CA Immo between 2015 and 2022 and was a member of their Investment, HR and Audit Committee.

Prior to establishing his own real estate private equity fund, Mr. Stanton managed money for Oppenheimer & Co for almost 9 years , in their emerging markets hedge fund based in NYC.

Mr. Stanton graduated from the University of New South Wales, Australia with a dual degrees in accountancy and law and also holds an MBA (with distinction) from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He is a US and EU citizen.

Director of Thunder Capital, Louis has over 10 years of experience in Banking, Fund management and corporate finance.

Since 2014, Louis has been involved in the investments project with real estate and private equity strategies.

Chartered accountant and certified real estate professional, Louis founded and runs since 2016 “Altus Citadel” and “Altus Control” regulated companies, based in Luxembourg, providing appropriate structures to private and institutional clients, for their investments.

Prior to establishing his own corporate administration and consulting companies, Louis worked at CEs positions for few multy-family offices, running investments across Europe.

Louis graduated from Lyon (France), Coventry (UK) and Luxembourg (Lux) universities in accounting and financial management. He is EU citizen.
